I love having a job and making money again but it’s really interfering with going to the gym/eating healthy because I basically work 4-9 every night and sometimes don’t get my 15 minutes until 7 or 7:30 so dinner doesn’t really happen.
A year ago, I did amazing and lost 20 lbs but due to an injury I starting slacking and gained back 10. Even though this injury is still affecting me I'm determined to get back on track and lose the weight I was so determined to lose before. This isn't to impress a boy, or look hot on the beach, this is to be the healthiest I can be and of course those are perks but they cannot be the whole reason for making a lifestyle change. I will be doing this the HEALTHY way; fuelling my body with healthy and nutritious food, and staying active.

I find it extremely difficult and heartbreaking going through the “weight loss” and “diet” tags on tumblr and seeing how many pro eating disorder blogs there are. It literally breaks my heart to know that so many people think that’s the way to go about losing weight. Trust me, I’ve thought about just not eating a few times and then I snapped out of it and realized that yes, the healthy way of losing weight will take longer but I will be healthy, and fit not unhealthy and a bag of bones. If an unhealthy weight loss blog follows me, I will follow back only because I hope that they look at my blog and my progress and see that losing weight in a healthy manner will get you results and that you will be so much better off and happier when you’re healthy. Skinny does not equal healthy and I wish that more people could see that taking care of your body and being healthy is more important that being skinny. I don’t mean to offend anyone with an eating disorder and I do wish you all the best and that you eventually find your way.

7 Healthy Foods That Will Fill You Up
- Bananas - If you reach out for a banana when you feel hungry instead of an empty calorie snack, you’ll nourish your body and you’ll be ingesting way less fat and sugar than many snacks.
- Eggs - As long as you’re not eating 12 of them in one week, eggs are good for you.
- Almonds - Just one handful of almonds will keep you full for a long time because they are great at suppressing appetite.
- Avocados - It contains good fats (monounsaturated fatty acids) and it contains protein that will fill you up nicely
- Peanut Butter - You can easily find peanut butter that contains only 100% roasted peanuts (you can buy the organic and non-organic kinds). There are no hydrogenated oils, sugar or salt added to the peanut butter. This is a healthy option.
- Oatmeal - Is a great super food because it’s low in sugar, high in fiber and it’s so quick to prepare.
- Apples - Packing an apple for your daily snack will not only add one fruit/vegetable portion to your daily recommended intake and the fiber will fill up your stomach

so it’s time to kick it into gear and eat only healthy and workout and look killer in my dress (that I might have to get taken out, ahhh :( ) I also wish it wasn’t st. patty’s day this weekend ‘cause all the beer I’m going to drink will not help at all.
